Please note that processing times and carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order & Shipping Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and shipping details.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order, as we may not be able to modify shipment details once an order has been processed.
Orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Standard Shipping

Orders over $99.00 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the Continental United States.

Orders below $99.00 are charged according to carrier rates and destination.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available for eligible U.S. addresses during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.
Delivery Issues
If a carrier is unable to deliver your package and provides redelivery or pickup options, it is your responsibility to coordinate directly with the carrier.
If a shipment is returned to Monelli Shoes LLC because delivery could not be completed, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may:
a) Refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees), or
b) Reship the order after payment of applicable shipping charges.
If a package is lost due to an incorrect address and is not returned to us, Monelli Shoes LLC cannot be held responsible for the loss.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on the shipping destination and displayed during checkout.

Most footwear and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Late Returns
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, style, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
