1. Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

• Any product showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@monellishoes.xyz with your order number and reason for return.

2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
